The surrounding area :
Located at the foot of the GR 22 bridle and footpath and the Ecouves forest, the cottage is an ideal starting point for short country walks and rambling.

The outside of the cottage:
The front of the cottage opens out onto a wide landscaped courtyard.
The adjoining patio will allow you to enjoy your meals out in the sunshine or just to lie back and relax on the sun loungers.
The nearby outbuildings can be used for storing bikes, prams and so on.

The main living area:
The living-room is divided into an open-space fitted kitchen (vitro-ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster,
kettle…) which opens out onto the dining area and a cosy sitting-room.

There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with Italian shower and toilet. The second bathroom on the first floor has a baby changing table and baby bathtub.

The sleeping quarters are divided among 3 bedrooms:
The green bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (160 cm) has French windows opening directly on to the patio.
On the first floor the mauve bedroom has a double (160 cm) and a single bed.
The dormitory has 6 single beds, some of which can be moved together to make up double beds.

A convertible folding bed on the landing can be used for extra sleeping space.
